International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL)


INL was built in an area of land of about 47,000 m2 in Braga Portugal. It is close to the university campus of Gualtar, extending along one of the main city avenues up to the East River and next to municipal sport and leisure grounds and a residential neighborhoods.

It has a built area of about 20,000 m2, comprising advanced special installations and several laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment, among which is a class 100 Central Micro and Nanofabrication Clean Room of circa 700 m2.

The campus will comprise a main scientific building, an incubator and a social support building that includes a gym, a kindergarten and a residence to accommodate visitors and temporary researchers.
